Our goal is to provide you with a good, honest meal: real food made from scratch, without unpronounceable ingredients.We source local, sustainable products whenever possible: Oregon and natural meats, bread from Edesia, a Portland company that bakes using sustainable grains and no preservatives and a selection of Northwest wines. Even our exterior wood and awnings were salvaged from a local barn. And now our garden is providing us with fresh, delectable home-grown produce.
